Hadeez Weng is a music executive, A&R consultant, and entrepreneur specializing in artist development, music marketing, creative strategy, and international talent management. She is the Founder and CEO of Promote Music Agency, a Los Angeles-based music marketing and creative development company, and the Co-Founder of Creative Haus, a global non-exclusive artist management and creative services company focused on discovering exceptional talent and creating opportunities through publishing, sync licensing, placements, brand partnerships, and long-term career development.

A two-time MBA graduate specializing in Marketing and Business Analytics, Hadeez combines data-driven strategy with hands-on music industry experience. Born and raised in South Africa and having lived and worked across multiple countries, she brings a global perspective to artist development while building relationships throughout North America, Africa, and Europe.

Throughout her career, Hadeez has collaborated with and consulted alongside respected companies including Atlantic Records, Cash Money Records, Eclipse Music Distribution, Mantra Music Publishing, and Blackbox. She oversees the development of producers, songwriters, and recording artists, guiding release strategies, brand positioning, visual creative direction, and connecting talent with opportunities in publishing, sync licensing, collaborations, and major industry placements.

As an invited A&R panelist and industry speaker, Hadeez regularly shares her expertise with emerging artists and producers, helping them better understand the modern music business and build sustainable careers.

Through Promote Music Agency and Creative Haus, her mission is to bridge the gap between independent talent and the opportunities traditionally reserved for major-label artists. Amari is a producer, executive producer, A&R, and artist development executive dedicated to discovering and developing the next generation of global talent. As Co-Founder of Creative Haus, he works closely with emerging artists, producers, and songwriters, helping shape their creative direction while creating pathways to placements, publishing opportunities, strategic collaborations, and long-term career growth.

Based in Botswana, Amari has built an international reputation through his ability to bridge African and global music markets. His expertise spans artist development, executive production, songwriting collaboration, production strategy, and creative consulting, allowing him to guide talent from the earliest stages of development through commercial release.

In addition to his executive work, Amari is an accomplished producer whose credits include collaborations with artists and producers such as O.T. Genasis, Omarion, Roccstar, and more. His production work has earned recognition within the global producer community, including being featured by WAVS for his sample compositions and sound design, while his work continues to expand across Hip-Hop, R&B, Pop, Afrobeat, House, Trap, and other contemporary genres.
